    I oversaw the sections departments of the MSBA, HCBA, and RCBA, the MSBA certification program, On Demand CLE programs, member events for the HCBA and RCBA, and plan the MSBA's One Profession program which brings member programming to greater Minnesota. The goal of our department was to increase member engagement, provide professional development opportunities, and foster a strong sense of community within the larger legal community. In addition, I also served on the senior management team for all three organizations.

    As a Case Manager for this not-for-profit association, I administered Minnesota’s mandatory no-fault arbitration program, handling approximately 550 cases at any one time. A large part of this role was compliance related. In addition, I wrote a new arbitrator training course and implemented the training, worked on a team of 5 people to develop and implement a company-wide mentoring program, compiled statistics on case management performance, maintained working relationships with lawyers and arbitrators throughout the state, kept arbitrator resumes current and organized and conducted a CLE for new arbitrators.
