    I worked multiple positions within the company over several years. Started as a bank teller, then moved to Fifth Third Securities, brokerage department. I worked on the processing team, processing stock certificates. Then moved to the Entitlements team where I helped set up new brokers with access to all systems needed to perform their jobs. I was one of three people who establish the insurance and annuity licensing and appointments team when the Fifth Third Insurance Agency was created. From there, I was added to the Insurance specialist position where I processed insurance applications with multiple insurance carriers and managed those applications as they went through underwriting. Acted as a liaison between the Fifth Third Insurance agents and the insurance carriers.
