    • Currently PM/BA for large data conversion effort, converting claims activity from a legacy system to a new claims management system. I am responsible for drafting the project charter, outlining scope, writing detailed business requirements, gathering all sign-offs, creating a detailed work breakdown structure, and gathered resources for each project phase. I have also determined project timelines and schedule, managed risk through issues tracking and resolution, facility weekly status meetings and drive time frames through regular project communications.• In 2016 as both PM and BA, I successfully delivered one of the top two MedPro application initiatives. This effort allows our distribution partners and insureds to request online midterm policy changes, driving a 300% increase in fully documented change requests, resulting in faster underwriting turnaround. I managed resources and schedules, facilitated requirements sessions, managed change requests and scope, the release process to production’ including internal and external release communications, and finally closed the project with detailed lesson learned documentation. Additionally, I wrote detailed requirements and change requests, detailed process flow diagrams to drive process and workflow communications, detailed test plans and test cases. I performed QA and UAT testing, assisted SMEs in UAT testing and the writing of training materials, and provided post production support.• Additional functions at MedPro include; facilitating communications between SMEs and development teams through the development and use of detail process maps. Coordinating communications across multiple development teams both local and off-shore. Reporting project status to senior leadership through weekly status communications, taking an active role in promoting best practices in the PMO through the use of a new PM tool and the development of communications dashboards. Many of these techniques are now being adopted by my peers.

    • Worked closely with outside IT contractors, Internal IT, and Lincoln Operations, I was the Lead Business Analyst in a major LFG systems consolidation project. In this effort I lead the requirements gathering, testing and implementation for the Broker Dealer. • Worked closely with an outside vendor, Subject Matter Experts from multiple departments, and IT shops from both Lincoln Broker Dealers I was the Lead Business Analyst on a major strategic effort to harmonize Back Office applications. This effort was in the requirements gather phase when Lincoln Corporation put a temporary hold n the initiative due to current market conditions and need to make expense cuts. • Within my first two months at LFA, working as the Project Manger, I was responsible for leading a multi-firm team thru the completion of a complex statement of work within an aggressive timeline, ultimately leading to a contractual development agreement between firms and a 75K savings to the Broker Dealer.
