Managed the successful software change from University's Drives to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for all the staff. This was a complex, multi layered project that required the support of three teams - training, records and migration staff to achieve the outcome as well as the engagement of staff in adopting new software and processes for managing their records and data. Once a clear process was established and communicated to staff, they took responsibility for training, disposal of records under the Public Records Act and relevant policies, tidy up of records and new SharePoint structures. The drives were then mapped and decisions documented primarily ensure security of restricted information but also to ensure no information was lost. All targets were exceeded which we celebrated!
