I lead ISA DEI initiatives to upload our mission of centering underrepresented student populations through providing identity-focused advising and resources to students, university partners, and ISA staff. • Co-manage the committee of twenty five volunteers from across ISA departments to support the ISA recruitment, pre-departure, on-site, and re-entry processes • Represent ISA as a member the DEI Council of parent company, WorldStrides', focused on building belonging in the workplace• Present and train on inclusionary and identity-related topics for ISA staff and other stakeholders• Collaborate across departments on DEI-related projects and provide feedback on identity-related materials, emails, or presentations• Train team to provide specialized advising, support, and accommodation coordination for students with disabilities or other accessibility needs• Created and manage ISA’s Identity & Inclusion blogger program to create space for underrepresented voices and shift dominant narratives within study abroad • Lead courageous conversations and other identity-based events for ISA staff to reflect while learning about particular underrepresented identities in international education• Advocate for inclusionary improvements across the organization• Bring conversations of identity and wellness to all facets of ISA
