Checking members in and out, coaching and motivating the staff to drive sales that met and exceeded sales goals. Implemented visual standards so the Spa always met company standards. Handled all the accounts for my spa. On several occasions I interviewed and hired consultants for other Planet Beach locations. Brought business in by being out in the community and marketing the spa. Setting up business to business and cooperate contacts. Provided a exceptional experience for our members, and received letters from many members stating how happy they were with me being the director. I tripled the EFT my first year employed.
