Led development of the performance improvement function, brought in new managed care leader to direct PHO turnaround, negotiated substantial increases with largest managed care payors, facilitated team of doctors and IT staff to create a physician web portal, and opened physician offices in secondary service area to foster growth and improve payor mix.
