    For 4 years right after I graduated from Syracuse, I was dropped right into the design process at this excellent smaller studio in South Norwalk. I had a ton of opportunity to get my feet wet creatively in a real business environment. At a smaller studio I was tasked with everything from design to project organization to account management. These clients ranged from small startups to some of the top CPG brands in the country.
