Reporting directly to the Global President / COO, connected organizational culture and defined values across all departments, and served as liaison between employees and other C-level executives. Other areas of focus included Onboarding, Talent development, Town Halls, Internal Communications and Philanthropy. Successfully onboarded 30% of the entire workforce, introduced new communication channels, including the first company intranet and town halls, and initiated Spin Master’s first ever mentoring program.
