• Oversight of all Operations areas including Graphics /Design Departments, Production, Offsite Installation and Warehouse / Logistics Operations. • Recruit, evaluate and develop candidates, including Account Managers, Designers and Production staff. • Design and develop strategies, including communication channels, policies, management teams and procedures, to impact both short and long term profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer service. • Identify industry trends and direct processes and strategies to allow Company to react in an efficient and profitable manner.• Attend Sales/Client meetings to ascertain client expectations and insure customer satisfaction.• Work with Account Managers and Designers to insure concise and clear response to client expectations while maintaining established profit margins. • Assist Account Managers in all levels of client relations, from initial contact development through contracting process, to successful closure of contract. • Maintain and improve vendor relations to insure that a high level of service as well as profitability is maintained. • Prepare and review detailed departmental costs estimates for budgetary considerations in addition to designing and implementing practices to improve profitability while continuing to ensure a high level of quality and customer service.
