As the Primary Administrator in a very busy OB/GYN office, my responsibilities included scheduling conferences, speaking engagements, medical procedures and travel arrangements. I was also responsible for paying all bills, reconciling invoices, ordering office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory of a drug supply cabinet and scheduling other office personnel. In addition to maintaining the proper running of this office, I also oversaw the operations in two satellite offices.Additional skills included drawing blood, giving injections, assisting in minor surgical office procedures, setting up sterile surgical trays and doing bone densities.After taking a break to raise my family, I earned my certification in Youth Ministry and returned to the work force as a Middle School Religion Teacher. I was also appointed as the Coordinator of both the Primary and Middle School Religion Program. I worked in this capacity for about 15 years while traveling extensively out of state to attend my son's college baseball games.
