    In 1993 I became one of the 1st Realtors to become accredited as a buyer's broker. Now I could offer my buyers the opportunity to have me as their agent to help them make an informed decision on the home they were thinking of buying. I have been helping buyers in the negotiating process, along with finding the right financing and with home inspection requests.I have helped buyers save thousands of dollars. Recently, I helped a buyer negotiate a lower price, then during home inspections we were told the furnace and the roof needed to be replaced. The buyer was thrilled that I was able to negotiate with the seller for these items to be replaced. I take pride in my fiduciary responsibilities to my buyers. I take this responibility seriously.

    A Realtor since 1985, Jean continues to educate herself in real estate, taking many courses in home buying & selling, negotiating, & marketing. In 1993, Jean was proud to be one of the first Realtors in the country to recieve the ABR designation, Accredited Buyer's Representative. At the time there were less than 900 agents Nationwide who recieved that certification. Jean also recieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR) & the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations over the years. Jean's husband Paul has been in the real estate business with her since 1994 & is licensed as a Realtor & Home Inspector. Paul brings his knowledge of homes & of computers & works administratively in the business as well. With all these certifications, more than 24 years of experience & continuous education & training, Jean has acquired formidable skills which she brings to bear daily in helping her clients achieve their dreams.
