    General Secretary And director of all the programs of the association, which brings together all the main players in ophthalmic optics with the aim of improving the digital competitiveness of the sector. Jean-Christophe chairs a dozen working groups. These groups bring together about 350 employees of the 60 member companies. Its main challenge is to find consensus to establish standards between actors with different interests and at a time when economic stakes are high. EDI-Optique is known for its capacity for innovation in all areas of trade and digital financing.Jean-Christophe is in daily contact with the CIOs and CEOs of the members to take into account the industrial, commercial, economic and legislative constraints of the sector. He is widely recognized as an expert in the field.

During this period of ad-interim management, Jean-Christophe set up a financial holding company, modified the capital structure, deployed several projects (new information systems - ERP, organizational change, centralization of production, exchange strategy), modified the sources of supply and renovated several stores. Jean-Christophe was also in charge of human resources (120 employees).

    Management of a data exchange outsourcing program for the Valeo customer.This highly complex contract, worth €10 million, covered Valeo's data exchange operational centers in France, Germany and Mexico. More than 1000 Valeo partners were located around the world. Under the direct responsibility of the members of the Valeo and GXS management boards, Jean-Christophe led a team of more than 200 people in 7 countries to lead this project.
