I am enjoying the flexibility to meet any HR/OD client needs.No two days are the same and it gives me great satisfaction to see how my contribution is facilitating individual and organisational change. I am currently working on a large HR training project that could have a major impact across the County and beyond.I am also writing and delivering management training workshops which are receiving delegate satisfaction rates in excess of 95%.In addition to this I am working with small heavy engineering companies implementing HR Quality systems(BS9001) and processes into traditional manufacturing environments.As an aside I am also a volunteer Press Officer for Lancashire Rugby and have written several articles for their website.I am also in the early stages of setting up a national rugby website connected to with a fellow business colleague which is attracting interest from a national kit supplier.
