Service Providers handled: Reliance, Hutch, Tata Indicom - Billing Management: Ensure bills are correctly audited and payments released to the service providers on time. - Manage Mobile Phone logistics within the organization, by providing phones according to the grade of the employee, managing the surrender / deployment of new phones for exiting employees and new recruits etc. - Manage Landline ( MTNL) connections – 320 lines all over Mumbai.# Hospitalisation and Leave Fare Concession Management- Put in place systems to ensure that Hospitalisation and LFC claims are properly audited and settled.- Ensure that the employees get their funds well in time.- Provide advances in emergency situations.- Co-ordinate with hospitals for claims verification- Audit the LFC claims for correctness and clear the claims.
