    A UX designer partnered with a product owner, We work closely with the marketing and technical team to make sure our users get the best experience while maintaining the maximum impact of our products KPI's.We use an Agile style of project management using a UX Kanban solution through Jira, this allows us to clearly communicate and ticket problems and solutions with all other teams. We rigorously work and design using a methodology of user story's, personas, initial design concepts, multiple prototyping experiments, Iteration Design, UA Criteria, UA testing, and then development testing. We use Telium, Crazy Egg and Google Analytic to make sure our products are light weight enough but still hit all out intended outcomes. We strive to make the best products on the market. I also work as the companies lead digital designer, and maintain all aspects of the sites & apps styles, UI, layout and user journey designs. I also liaise with external third party design agencies, events teams and outsources to maintain brand clarity.
