Direct oversight of budgets ranging from ~30k Euros to ~2.3M Euros. Higher end projects included room in room construction with steel floating floors and partitioned concrete slab work. Nacelles were custom built and in some cases negative atmosphere HVAC systems were designed for optimum acoustical isolation.• Projects included the design and budget phase, as well as procurement of any difficult to source or high-end audio equipment and the logistical planning to move said equipment across the world.• Design sketches and models were all stamped and approved by engineers in the country of work and all regulations and certifications needed for work were all obtained.• Once all of the Planning was confirmed and budget secured- rough construction (or demolition) would begin with local construction teams well-vetted by myself. If part of a renovation project- any anomaly would be immediately raised with the client, drafters and engineers on the project. If applicable- a change order would be submitted.
