I have had the privilege to work with Jay for over 15 years on a number of different projects. Jay is one of the most talented individual with rare combination function/technical knowledge and the ability to lead his team(s). He combines his deep EAM solution architect skills with his utilities industry work and asset management process experience to to deliver for his client without exception. As a senior manager, his integrity, dedication, and commitment to his clients allow Jay to brings true leadership and real value to these types of complex projects. His proven ability to identify and manage risk along with bringing some real-world experience helps bridge functional requirements with technical reality. In addition to his excellent delivery skills, Jay also manages his team to work at their best.

I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Jay over the past 5 years. I have learned an incredible amount from Jay in that time period, not only in the form of industry knowledge, but also in the ways of working. Within that time I have reported to and worked alongside Jay during large process design and system transformation projects. Jay stood out to me right away with his tremendous amount of knowledge within the Power & Utility industry. It wasn't just what he knew but how he used it. Jay took each client's unique requirements with careful consideration and worked tirelessly to determine the best route to take with the client's best interest in mind. No matter how challenging a situation might have seemed at first, Jay was very generous with his time and worked endlessly to help solve the issue. Jay also stood out because of the way he treated other people. He always took the time to get to know people on a level that made work more enjoyable. It was clear that whenever someone interacted with Jay he was completely focused on their needs. Whether it was a client needing help solving a process problem, a co-worker trying to figure out a system related issue or a new hire looking for mentoring, Jay was always willing to help with sincerity. Jay would be a tremendous value add for any company looking to improve their Enterprise Asset Management capabilities.
