      OH-58D Helicopter Platoon Leader for the Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance Platoon in the Command Aviation Company of the 24th Infantry Division. I was responsible to provide the Division with accurate intelligence/surveillance and precision munitions in support of the target acquisition and surveillance mission and I deployed in combat to Mogadishu, Somalia from June 1993 to March 1994 in support United Nations Operation Continue Hope. Responsible for the combat training, tactical employment, maintenance and welfare of 24 Soldiers, 8 OH-58Ds Helicopters and support ground equipment in excess of 24 million dollars.
