    Ertebat Farda Co. is a provider of modern banking services and one of the pioneers of digital banking in Iran. After being promoted to the position of Brand and Communications Manager, I am directly responsible for managing a team of five members, although I continue to actively participate in all the previous activities. Managing content for LinkedIn and Instagram social media platforms, creating employer branding videos, organizing Nowruz and Yalda celebrations, participating in job fairs, supporting design orders assigned by the organization, conducting internal training sessions, holding internal charity auctions, and producing and publishing podcasts are some of the tasks that our team is engaged in. We feel like pioneers in maintaining a positive atmosphere and improving relationships among colleagues, and even in the most challenging circumstances, we must not forget this responsibility.
