Maintain knowledge of current state laws. -Institute plans and develops schedules for employees to maximize work efficiency.-Respond to questions from other officials on policy and procedure and advise on courses of action when necessary.-Review reports to be submitted to the court and perform audits on offender files to make sure they adhere to policy.-Complete field work with officers and supervise their safety and efficiency in the field.-Observe arrests performed by officers to ensure they are being completed correctly and safely. -Perform numerous administrative duties such as fielding complex telephone and e-mail inquiries, typing reports, organization of officer scheduling, and research.-Instituted electronic record keeping with staff and improved report turnaround times from one week to twenty-four hours. -Took over the GPS team in Tulsa and modernized it with electronic record keeping and additional safeguards and processes to identify problems proactively. -Received Exceeds Standards for 2017-2018 & 2018-2019 rating period.
