Spent 3+ years with Cohen as an Operation Manager in their Washington Court House and Dayton-West facilities before moving to the Safety Department in July of 2013. Now have primary responsibility for the overall Environmental, Health and Safety of all Cohen operations. Coordinate the efforts of the Safety Department as well as manage the Fire Protection, First Aid, Emergency Action, and Bloodbourne Pathogen plans directly. Ended my career as a Part-time Firefighter, however until October 2015 (when position was eliminated), served as Volunteer Fire Captain at Station 33. Supervised the operations of both the fire and EMS delivery services of the station volunteer and part time members. Managed firefighters attendance and payroll. Assisted with the reward and discipline of members. Coordinated the station's attendance at public relations events. Responsible for the overall volunteer and part time operations at the station. For a period of time also served on a rotational basis as a Battalion Officer, responsible for the overall operations of the department during said shift. In 2015 when the position was eliminated, I remained on the department as a Part-time Firefighter / EMT
