Supervised the operations of both the fire and EMS delivery services of the station volunteer and part time members. Managed firefighters attendance and payroll. Assisted with the reward and discipline of members. Coordinated the station's attendance at public relations events. Responsible for the overall volunteer and part time operations at the station. For a period of time also served on a rotational basis as a Battalion Officer, responsible for the overall operations of the department during said shift. In 2015 when the position was eliminated, I remained on the department as a Part-time Firefighter / EMT
