    Served as Delivery Manager for the Mortgage Servicing Technology Imaging and Workflow teams with a focus on Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management and Default Lending automation.Led the design and delivery of an Amazon Web Services hosted bulk document indexing and ingestion tool for use within the Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) acquisition process. This solution resulted in an overall savings in the MSR process of $1.88 million in the first year of use while reducing document ingestion time from months to days.Took on multiple roles in the merger of SunTrust Bank and BB&T, becoming Truist Bank, including Delivery Manager and Application Architect for the Mortgage Servicing Technology Imaging and Infrastructure teams and Application Architect for the Retail Servicing and Default Technology teams. Responsibilities in these roles included:• Aligning and Leading the delivery of each surviving application supported by my teams into the Truist data center in accordance with the required delivery schedule for the Merger.• The establishment of all new hardware for each surviving application in every Truist environment.• The redesign of each application to adhere to Truist standards.• Integrating each application with Truist shared services systems.• Ensuring all Architectural documentation was completed and approved prior to application deployment. • Post deployment support of all applications, including recurring enhancements to support the migration of shared services systems that migrated in subsequent releases.• Successfully met every merger milestone date and deadline for every application.Prior to the Merger, I supported the SunTrust Bank Mortgage Servicing Technology team as a Consultant, via H2 Integrated Solutions.
