As a Due Diligence Coordinator, I supported senior project managers by compiling information necessary to make good decisions for land use development. This due diligence process included coordinating architects, attorneys, municipalities, geotechnical and environmental engineers. I prepared documents including development feasibility studies, due diligence reports as well as AutoCAD drawings of large scale commercial projects.
