Own the issues that has been assigned, thereby follow up closely for resolution and keep the relevant desks updated on the status of the issue Take full ownership of the daily tasks and ensure these tasks are carried according to SOPs Report service and/ or product failures as soon as it is known Provide feedback on product and process improvement to Supervisor or directly to the Head of Department Pacify the customers in writing whenever there is a service failures or whenever there is a service exception, such as in the case of cargo rolling and change of schedule and etc Responsible for reaching KPIs/Objectives as established Attend to the customers at the counter politely and professionally Optimise company’s income by ensuring all charges are collected before release of Transport Document (TD) and/or cargoes Update ad-hoc charges when applicable and ensure collection of such charges from the customers prior to releasing the TD Work closely with relevant desks i.e. Sales, Operation, Finance and other support teams to achieve World Class Customers’ satisfaction Ensure correct TD is released to the correct customer at the counter Ensure the task in MDWS and GCSS is closed upon releasing the TD (applicable to both Seaway Bills and Negotiable Bills) Follow up on credit stop at time of Transport Document issuance and/ or cargo release and thereby escalate to the Sales and/ or Finance Team Pacify the customers at the counter whenever there is a service failures arising at the counter Coordinate with customers with regards to their Shipment Send loading confirmation/Bill of Ladings to customers Provide arrival details to customer Provide sailing schedule Takes end to end ownership of customer shipments and issues Engage in constructive problem resolution and provides solution Facilitate export (end to end process) till container load (Dry, DG, OOG)
