    During my time in this position I worked in two different units at the Board of Pharmacy. My main projects was to lead the implementation program for a customer relationship management software (CRM), Desk.com, by Salesforce, train employees and create a better system for both our call center and Board. The implementation process included: - Creating a customer service on the Board of Pharmacy Website to reduce customer service requests, this decreased our incoming calls and emails by 40%. - Created training materials including a FAQ sheet in order to answer detailed questions.- Bridged the gap between the Licensing Unit, Call Center and MIS (Management Information Systems) Unit to provide a streamlined workflow and enhanced operation procedures. - Conducted customer service surveys in order to analyze and improve the call center's functions and knowledge. During this time period I also trained others in the licensing unit in order to fully transition to MIS.
