    From August 1987 to January 1991 I worked as the Distribution Manager, responsible for the Shipping, Receiving, and Packaging departments. As the Distribution Manager and along with the purchasing department, we set up a just-in-time program to reduce our inventory costs. From September 1983 to July 1987 I was a buyer, purchasing raw materials, like steel and aluminum, chemicals, paints, etc to be used in a metal machining shop which also put finishes on the parts.
