    In 2005, Beck and Jane took a Wedding Planning course together. That is when they received their Wedding Directing Certificates. The first wedding they directed together was in 2006. That was just the beginning of their love for the business. Over the next few years they helped to plan, direct and coordinate several events and weddings. But at that time they were teaching full time and were not able to devote as much time to their business as they wished. In 2010, they both retired from their teaching jobs and it was on...time to put their business in full gear. They love, love, love what they are doing; working together, meeting wonderful clients and planning the best events possible. They always say two heads are better than one! They find that their skills for organization and details used during their teaching careers are also skills that are very important in the event and wedding planning business. Even though it can be hard work it never seems like a job at all to them!

    An overview of some of our services:At It's Your Party, you will receive the services of two experienced wedding planners for the price of one. This is such a big plus because we are able to assist in several different areas of your wedding and reception at once.We can be your one stop shop for everything you will need for your wedding day.We have many items in our inventory for our brides to use if they would like. We will schedule and attend vendor meetings with you to ensure that all your wishes are being met. On the day of the wedding, we will arrive at the ceremony site early to assist the bride and wedding party in anyway that we are needed. We will meet vendors at the ceremony and reception sites to ensure that everything is set up to your specifications. If our services are needed, we will assist with the decorating and clean up of the wedding reception along with the coordinating. We have a list of references from past clients that we are able to share with you.
