    My latest offering in this vein is Inter-English (IE), a way of modifying English conversational style in order to be intelligible and respectful to a non-native speaker. IE grew out of my conviction that many of the misunderstandings usually attributed to cultural differences are actually a function of language. IE is the missing link in cross-cultural and Diversity programs. When some of the responsibility is borne by the American-born interlocutor, the goal of clear communication is more-readily achieved.Through coaching, trainings, talks and a blog (www.Inter-English.com), I am introducing IE to corporations, healthcare organizations and educational institutions.

    We work with the company to develop modules that put the finishing touch on non-native born employees' and managers' English communication skills, enabling them to relate skillfully in face-to-face, video conferencing and phone interactions.We are particularly known for our executive coaching, which frames the client's issues as communication challenges, thus diminishing resistance and quickly cultivating trust. Using this strategy, we have helped scores of talented high-level managers, both foreign-born and American-born, to ascend the corporate ladder. We develop train-the-trainer modules based on our approach for individual organizations that request it. Jane Falk has an outstanding track record as a keynote speaker on the subjects we cover. In addition, we offer seminars for the Israeli-American collaboration. These are geared toward mitigating any resistance or media-derived misconceptions that might accompany this pairing.
