As a member of Duffy’s Leadership Team, assist in program development and outcome monitoring. 2001 - present - responsible for 44% to 58% of total agency revenue each year. 2010 – present - developed new academic and research partnerships with Harvard University, UMass Medical School, Tufts University Medical Center, and National Health Care for the Homeless Council.  2013 - present - oversee successful efforts to attain and advance Duffy’s NCQA PCMH and PCMH PRIME recognition. 2014 - present - develop and create marketing brochures for signature Duffy services ( Medication Assisted Treatment; Hepatitis C treatment; PCMH) and assist staff in presentation development.
