    During my period here, I was asked to carry out the following duties:• Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) data processing which involves a thorough research of employer information for creating Employer Account and Employee contact records. This has to be done before the next batch of JPA data upload which is scheduled each month per region.• Data cleansing of all records, ensuring all gaps are filled, i.e. SIC information, size of company, missing email addresses etc.• Log any activity such as telephone conversations or any other form of communication with employer contacts in Salesforce and relevant spreadsheets.• Identifying any duplicated data and informing DRM (Defence Relationship Management), MIS team (Management Information system) of data anomalies.• Verifying and updating contact and account information on a regular basis to ensure that it is up-to-date.
