    I am responsible for the full P&L for Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Supporting Mining, CPG, Spare Parts and Cummins Dealers in Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Part of my functions is to ensure Customer Service satisfaction, and to resolve any technical and commercial problems. Managing exiting Key customer accounts, which consists of OEM’s and End Users (Tata, Hitachi, Sandvik, Atlas Copco and Liebherr, Komatsu). I am also responsible to diversify our current market and developing new business opportunities.Responsible for all functions and financial metrics for the Country.Monitor all appropriate business metrics including branch balanced scorecard, profit and loss metrics, and asset metrics.Develop and maintain business relationship with key customers and develop new business partners and alliances for both Countries.Develop and understand Cummins’ business in the region, globally and across all business units.Manage customer satisfaction for both Countries as measured by Net Promoter Score and the Lens of the Customer programs, develop a culture of customer service excellence in Cummins employees for both areas of responsibilities. Recruit, develop, motivates, and retain high quality employees to service Customers.Manage customer service excellence through Cummins define processes and procedure Warranty submission and approval for Cummins, develop and understand of repetitive warranty claims and provide feedback to Cummins to ensure product and service improvement; monitor Repair Event Cycle Time and process improvement within the Cummins.Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance, actively participates in health, safety, and environment audits.Ensures that employees understand Cummins’ culture of corporate responsibility.Motivate employees to complete and agree to work plans and Individual Development Plans for direct reports.
