Initial hire in the launch of an innovative business venture organized by the founders of Capital Partners. The project was to develop a renewable fuels, carbon recovery and recycling facility to divert end-of-life tires into commodities for sale to the oil, plastics, and rubber industries.My work concentrated on establishing all functions, bringing the operation up to capacity, and spurring revenue growth for the initial investment. Initiated and managed all HR, IT, development, compliance, accounting, and legal activities at the company for 75+ employees. ~ Created business from the ground up to operate a first-of-its-kind recycling facility. Established all internal systems and departments. ~ Spearheaded engineering analysis and technology retrofit projects to launch industrial-scale operations ~ Achieved 85% production capacity, proving the facility’s commercial capability in 4 months. ~ Led acquisition of the nation’s largest waste tire monofill. Completed all associated corporate and environmental due diligence, legal interfacing, and negotiations. ~ Hired a topflight team of operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel.

I drove business enhancement and change leadership for this commercial real estate development and financing company with a portfolio spanning Eastern Europe and Central Asia.I clarified and aligned a diffuse organization spanning 4 countries and 3 languages. FIXED ASSET ACQUISITION, FINANCING & MANAGEMENT ~ Acting as owner's representative, managed end-to-end ventures for luxury asset projects including 4 private aircraft and one sailing yacht. ~ Worked to simultaneously negotiate best deal, minimize costs, maintain quality, uphold compliance standards, and drive additional revenue via private leasing services.
