Web Content Writer
-
Oct 2020 - Mar 2023
From October 2020 to March 2021, I helped Changing Faces transfer content to their new site, as well as working with colleagues across teams (heads of departments) to create new content. I upgraded content so that it was better suited to the web, carrying out keyword research and SEO best practices. From March 2021 until March 2023, I provided ongoing support to the digital team. A major project I worked on was the development of a new condition-specific information section for the website. This has involved researching and writing content on a range of visible differences and disfigurements and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the content is of the highest standard. From April 2022 to March 2023, these condition-specific pages generated 34,000 visits, representing 8% of unique page views on the website according to Google Analytics data.
