Managed supervised and supported Programme Officers and other project related staff in all aspects of the programme development and implementation. Coordinated with relevant HQ staff (e.g. GFU, PPU, PU) on global funded projects and other special single grants for compliance with back donor requirements in project design, implementation, monitoring and reporting after close consultation/quality assurance with responsible FO, Prolog Officer, POs and JPO. Coordinated with the Finance Officer and Procurement/Logistics Officer in ensuring DCA financial and procurement guidelines are followed, within DCA SSRO and by partners. Coordinated with FO and POs on planning core budget expenditure and timely monitoring and follow up of budget expenditure. Networked and attended coordination meetings in relation to the South Sudan programme at state and national levels
