    Quickly progressed through AGM and DGM layers to become the youngest GM in the company with full P&L ownership (up to > £3.5m annual revenue units) and ultimate leadership across commercial, finance, operations and HR (up to teams >60pp). Progressed to multi-site GM leadership and group-level responsibilities around audit (e.g. other units and group partnerships). Had notable achievements in successfully turning around city-based estate into brand and company revenue leader in its vertical, as well as identifying discrepancies in partnership arrangements that saved the group 7-figure annual misappropriations.
