    I owned project and technical leadership on various projects spanning medical diagnostics and therapeutics, consumer health products, smart wearable devices, and many between. Working closely with clients all over the world, I led teams of up to 15 engineers, scientists and designers to develop fledgling ideas into functional products, manage transfer to pilot and scaled-up manufacture, troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes, develop and execute formal testing; managing budgets, schedules, resources and risk.Cambridge Design Partnership is a leading engineering consultancy, working primarily in the medical and consumer product sectors.

    My primary responsibilities were design, manufacture/procurement, testing and refinement of various mechanical systems; with safety and usability as the primary factor. In addition, I have taken a lead role in managing the preparation of essential user documentation, gaining exposure to the intricacies of the medical device regulatory environment.CapeRay is a research and development company, centred around the development of a breast imaging system, which integrates ultrasound and x-ray imaging technology into a standard format mammography system.
