Staff numbers have grown from 4 to over 400 whilst our production volumes grow into the tens of thousands per year supplying some of the worlds premier car makers.

    Goodman Fielder is a leading regional food company with operations across Australia, NZ and Asia-Pacific, I ran the operational transformation activities of the company, which at the time was Australia’s largest listed food company (now owned Hong Kong/Singapore entities). Among other things, I was responsible for merger and acquisition activities across the group.

    Tenix was Australia's largest defence contractor with core capabilities in aerospace, land, marine and electronic systems applications. Engineering management roles focussed on ANZAC Frigate program and M113 armoured vehicle upgrades. Tenix was acquired by BAE Systems in 2008.
