2005 - 2019
My partner and co-manager Bill Mahaffey and I founded Leanlogic (see Lean-logic.com) inspired by proprietary software tools he had developed. These tools enable: 1) more rapid prototyping of Lean processes to speed up Lean transformations, 2) a visual workplace and problem solving process to ensure high tempo continuous improvement, and 3) knowledge capture and sharing to extend successful concepts to new people and locations. We have successfully applied these techniques with great paybacks over the past several years in some of the world's best known companies. They range from classic discrete manufacturers to online retail and healthcare. Leveraging technologies and Leaning out operations provides the best strategic platform to compete effectively for markets and customers.
