    Managed the accounting, tax and finance reporting function of the electricity generation business in Mexico. Assisted in managing the projects finance agreed with bank lenders from the US and Japan. Managed reports to bank lenders and to the headquarters in Tokyo under USGAAP and IFRS, respectively. Coordinated the annual financial and tax audit working closely with the external auditor Deloitte-Mexico and the Tax advisor (Chévez, Ruiz Zamarripa, S.C.). Contributed to the payment of dividends to shareholders 7 years before the original date estimated in the business plan by modifying the accounting revenue recognition method, under Mexican Financial Reporting Standards, for certain charges billed to the Comisión Federal de Electricidad.  In 2010 proposed a tax arguments on certain event that resulted in an outstanding tax free income of some million dollars. Contributed to a 30% reduction of audit fees as a result of the improvement in the quality of accounting records of the companies. Participated as team leader of the project of adopting the International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS) framework to prepare the financial information for consolidation purposes in Japan.
