The scrupulous fund management thus ensued was cited worth emulation by all the visiting dignitaries and senior officers.Undertook and completed the an infrastructure project worth Rs 90 Lacs for a unit in the station thus safeguarding the men and property against a possible terrorist attack or sabotage in Terrorist Infected Area in Jammu and Kashmir.Designed a modernised workshop by for Rs 90 Lacs which was recognised as the best workshop bay model even by the recognised repair facilities of Tata, Maruti and Hyundai in the near vicinity. The bay led to 300 percent increase in the repair output of the workshop.Organised station social events at the White Knight Officers Institute with a membership of nearly 350 senior and middle level officers thus offering an insight into the dynamism of his personality.

    Involved in supporting strategic level decision making through collated and analysed inputs from the entire field army often syncing the same with the naval and air force components.Automation of the Directorate including the networking of the hardware and generating an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. Piloted and executed a mega IT project worth Rs 18 Crore in the Ministry of Defence in which he conceptualised, designed and incorporated workflows in the systems in an important branch of the Ministry of Defence.Steered and advised policy decisions on the implementation and utilization of IT across various domains in the Armed Forces. The said policy decisions later led to the evolution of automation policies of various HQ as well as units, integration of networks across the Armed Forces and evolution of wargaming softwares.Led a paradigm shift in the mindset and increased the user awareness towards the critical aspect of Cyber Security which was still evolving at the Ministry of Defence.Introduced Geographical Information System alongwith its benefits as a unique concept. Subsequently liaised for early replacement by incoming ALS fleet multiplying the operational effectiveness of the entire formation.
