    The Toronto 2015 Young Reporter Program is a sports management and journalism training program that will be held July 8-21 in conjunction with the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto. The program is open to one sport management or journalism student from each of the 41 countries and territories of the Americas participating in the Pan American Games.Young reporters will engage in two days of interactive training, lectures and networking opportunities with Games officials and other sport professionals. Participants will then serve as members of the press operations team in various roles throughout the Games.

    The International Olympic Committee Young Reporters Programme is a sports journalism training programme for aspiring Young Reporters, funded and run by the IOC, which was held during the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Nanjing, China, 16-28 August 2014.The programme brought 35 Young Reporters from five continents and 24 countries to Nanjing, offering them homes in the Youth Olympic Village alongside the athletes, access to all the sports and athlete education programmes, specialised classes and field training in print, magazine editorial, photographic, television and new media reporting of multi-sport events, as well as guest speakers representing key international media organizations and senior Olympic officials.
