    1. Lead the fungicide development team for the yearly budget making, planning, protocol supervising, trial summary review, new project proposal.2. Involve in the division management by assisting the head in some important decision making. 3. Ensure product registration by correct dose rates & application methods, use pattern in the rational tech-positioning as to achieve the goals of “time to market & time to peak sales” in the product business of Bayer CropScience. Propose “Good Agriculture Practice” (GAP) as to ensure safe/responsible use of the products in the market.
