She began the gym as a startup with a meek budget, and being brand new to the area, very limited network. She wrote programs for the classes she scheduled and taught, and did all of the administrative work until she hired a full staff of coaches to take over the operations of the facility. Since then, Jackie has hired and trained 3 coaches through a 3-6 month specialized program, with each coach developed to have different skillsets. These coaches now perform all but the administrative jobs of the gym.
