    Ellipse Fitness is a Wisconsin based "classes only" gym specializing in a custom program of cardio classes 4 days and strength 2 days a week along with a comprehensive weight loss program. We offered the same class 7 times a day and a different class everyday created to work the entire body in a balanced way weekly. I supervised build-out and start up of the Appleton North franchise. During ownership, I had grown the business to over 120 members with 14 part-time instructors teaching kickboxing, strength training, and bootcamp classes. As an AFAA and Ellipse Fitness Certified Group Fitness instructor, I taught classes and trained staff. Our membership included all levels of physical fitness, so a major emphasis in safety was ensuring that proper form and appropriate exertions were used at all times. Day-to-day management included purchasing supplements, apparel, and equipment; managing membership sales and marketing programs; cultivating community Public Relations through networking; coaching all nutrition weight loss clients; directing all human resources which included hiring, training, and scheduling along with maintaining all company finances. Other certifications and CEUs include Group Strength Training, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, and Nutrition Specialist.
