    • Investigated military leadership Diversity and Inclusion performance for a presidential request by interviewing military, government and private sector leaders, analyzing strategic plans and budgets, and identified 16 gaps and barriers in talent management.     • Founded office to address suicide prevention and resilience mission across the Department by crafting policy and a strategic plan, establishing fiscal requirements and executing budget, instituting a call center in US and Afghanistan, and evaluating programs and research studies. • Oversaw directive/instruction development, responses to Congress and Executive Orders, mortality data surveillance and predictive analytics, strategic and resource mapping, governance compliance monitoring, program efficacy validation, and population health messaging to 2.6 million Service members and their families.• Chaired the Suicide Prevention and Risk Reduction Committee, moderated a General Officer Steering Committee and participate in other internal and external committees and groups. • Represented the Department with the media, presented and gave keynote address at conferences, and testified before House and Senate committees. • Supervised a team of seven federal and 100 contract staff and assign projects designed to prevent suicide and manage the resilience of the total force.
