Major accomplishments at environmental service company included successful exit from unprofitable multi year project, improved project management focus resulting in enhanced profitability and liquidity and union concessions secured to support major bids. The infrastructure company was successfully sold based on improvement in operational results and resolution of outstanding claims providing both improved liquidity and enhanced earnings.

Mandated to turnaround failing company. With Board developed and executed a strategic operating plan while dealing with legacy legal issues that threatened the existence of the company. Sold non-core assets, changed operational approach to significantly improve cost structure, successfully marketed service resulting in major revenue and profitability improvements.Results for the period were increase in market capitalization from $5m to $80m, an improvement in share price from a low of $.10 to $2.20 in mid-2011, a successful $25m capital raise and a material improvement in liquidity and balance sheet stability.
