    Frigoglass is a leading manufacturer for commercial coolers in the world and also the key supplier for Coca Cole in the global market. I joined Frigoglass in Nov., 2007 and set up the product development department from the beginning. I am responsible for the department which including the deasign team, prototype workshop and test labs. The team has completed more than 100 new models since 2008. We have devloped the commercial coolers with R134a, R290 and R744(Co2) successfully in China and the new models played a key role for the company in China.

    BSH is one of the largest manufacturers of househopld appliances in the world. I had been responsible for the R&D department of the cooling plant of BSH in China, which included 3 sections and more than 20 engineers and 3 supervisors. The products included household referigerators of SIEMENS and BOSCH. I set up the new concept for the thermoforming molds for the innerliners of the referigerators in the company and reduced the development time by 4 months for each new model and responsible for more than 200 new models development, and completed successfully for the 3D design system UG and product data management system PDM. The new models and the systems changed the status of the company in China.
