I also was his supervisor during the last year or so of my time at Nolo and really enjoyed and profited from my time working with him. Jack always came prepared to discuss workload and project details and was great at helping me understand the nuances of his work. Jack was excellent at discussing the trade offs of increased workload. We can do more of X, but then Y will need to be delayed or we'll need to pay over time or get extra help if we also want it done on time. Jack would be a solid addition to any staff.
