    When I first joined Cloud.IQ I was part of the Legacy Client Delivery team where we created custom marketing campaigns for our eCommerce client base.I was solely responsible for managing each step from conception, to planning, development, sign off and launch.I was then moved into our PayPal Support team where we offer a unique self-service platform to a wider target market.This created a new challenge as instead of onboarding a new campaign/merchant in a timeframe of weeks, we were onboarding new merchants within days, after a few months of being in this squad the time to set up a new merchant became hours.With this new role also came the ability to drill down and analyse my team's performance as a whole, looking for opportunities to be able to streamline our processes to make scaling that much easier. For this, I run numerous weekly and monthly reports to check trends and see where time could be saved, from this we produce a roadmap of features we can automate and tackle these in our sprints.So far as a team, we have developed a Chrome extension which has reduced our QA time by 50%, and are currently working on a scoping tool which will allow anyone to run an eligibility check to see how compatible a merchant's website is with our software.Due to the majority of our work being support based, we had adopted a Waterfall Methodology, running internal sprints alongside our main duties allowed me to experience working in an Agile environment.Main skills-- Statements of Work- Project Plans- Communication both internal and external- Project Management - Change management- Waterfall- Agile- Team management- Time management- Stakeholder management- Scrum- Product Ownership- Business Analysis
